Drive Network Support was built from 20+ years of real-world frustration — too much time lost between software, hardware, network, firewall, antivirus, VLANs, DNS and nslookup, with no clear owner. The SEG Platform was created to improve visibility and stop the blame. We built the solution.
Drive Network Support (DNS) is a UK technology company built around the SEG Platform — with a difference: we genuinely understand CNC manufacturing.
Most IT providers stop at the office wall. Most CNC vendors focus on hardware and ignore the IT network. DNS was built to close that gap — working alongside internal IT teams and MSPs with deep expertise in legacy manufacturing systems, from Windows XP CNC controllers to Industry 4.0 connectivity.
Our mission is to protect businesses, empower communities, and create opportunities through technology. Every contract we win, every ticket we close, and every machine we secure funds the DNS Academy — a dual-career programme combining IT training with football scholarships.
DNS-CCN is not just an IT company. It is a platform company, an education company, and a gateway company — all at once.
Connecting legacy machines — from Windows 3.11 CNC controllers to modern cloud dashboards — safely and reliably.
The only programme in the UK combining elite football scholarship development with world-class IT and engineering education.

The principles that guide every decision, every deployment, and every conversation.
Every decision — technical, commercial, operational — is filtered through a security lens. We never compromise on protection.
We don't advocate for ripping out working machines. We build bridges that make legacy technology safe, visible and connected.
Technology serves people. The DNS Academy, our support culture, and our engineering ethos all put people at the centre.
We're building a globally recognised platform. From UK factory floors to international industrial estates — DNS-CCN scales.
AI, edge computing, predictive analytics — we embed emerging technology into industrial environments where others won't.
SLA compliance, audit trails, documented methodologies — we deliver exactly what we promise, every time.
DNS‑CCN collaborates with leading technology vendors to deliver enterprise‑grade hardware, cybersecurity, and compliance solutions.
